APgovtutor.com provides academic tutoring services in AP U.S. Government and related subjects. Services may be offered online or through other platforms as communicated to you.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through APgovtutor.com or directly with our team.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Session times are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

4. Payments

  • Fees for tutoring services are due at or after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Wix, PayPal, Stripe).

  • You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may still be billed.

  • Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are billable at the full session rate.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for tutoring sessions.

  • Use respectful language and behavior.

  • Not share, record, or redistribute tutoring materials without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if these rules are violated.

7. Disclaimer

  • Our tutoring services are intended to support and supplement academic learning. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or outcomes.

  • APgovtutor.com is not affiliated with the College Board or any official exam provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APgovtutor.com and its tutors are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Technical issues beyond our control, such as internet disruptions or third-party platform failures.

9. Privacy

Your use of APgovtutor.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

10. Changes to Terms
